A Comparative Study on the Effects of High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic Technology and Electrostimulation for the Treatment of Pelvic Floor Muscles and Urinary Incontinence in Parous Women: Analysis of Posttreatment Data
This study compared two methods for treating urinary incontinence in women after childbirth : HIFEM Technology used by EMSELLA with perineal electrostimulation .
The two groups, "EMSELLA and BioBravo", benefited from ten 28-minute sessions, at a frequency of 2 to 3 times per week.
The results highlighted a significant difference in favor of EMSELLA treatment for strengthening pelvic floor muscles. These conclusions are based on both subjective assessment via patient questionnaires and objective methods such as 3D transperineal ultrasound ( measuring anteroposterior and laterolateral diameters ).

Safety and Efficacy of a Non-Invasive High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic Field (HIFEM) Device for Treatment of Urinary Incontinence and Enhancement of Quality of Life
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of this treatment on urinary incontinence and to measure its impact on the quality of life of patients.
Once again, this study demonstrated a significant improvement in urinary incontinence among participants. Measurements taken using three-dimensional ultrasound revealed positive changes in pelvic floor muscle dynamics. Simultaneously, subjective assessments highlighted a notable improvement in quality of life.
After the sixth session, 81.33% of patients (61 out of 75) reported a significant reduction in their symptoms , with a decrease in the use of incontinence products (adult diapers).
